General Conditions

1) Reservation

The reservation becomes effective upon arrival of the payment details via bank transfer and postal order of the deposit. The data must be received within 24 hours (weekdays) and 72 hours (pre-holidays and holidays), under penalty of losing the right to book. If the deposit details are not received within these deadlines, the applicant loses the right to book.

2) Check-in and Payment

After checking in, the customer is required to pay the bill in advance for the period of the stay. Otherwise the Management will not hand over the keys to the accommodation unit. If actual attendance is lower than the reservation made, payment will be required as per the reservation. In case of early departure there will be no refund.

3) Deposit

For each housing unit, a cash payment of €150.00 is required upon arrival as a security deposit, in order to guarantee compensation for any damage caused to the housing unit. The same will be returned on the day of departure after a check carried out by authorized personnel and the return of the key.

4) Pets

The Management reserves the right to accept small dogs inside the accommodation unit.

5) Housing units

The accommodation units all have a kitchenette equipped with dishes, fridge, light. They are not provided with towels and sheets.

6) Prohibitions

Minors are accepted if accompanied by at least one adult. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation units. Any type of activity that produces disturbing noise during the afternoon (1pm-3.30pm) and night-time rest hours (11pm-8am) is prohibited. During your stay, cars and motorbikes must park in the designated spaces inside the campsite's private car park with controlled but unguarded access.

7) Extra expenses

Prices include electricity, water, gas, a parking space and VAT, while other conveniences and extra services are excluded. Extra expenses must be paid one day before departure.
